Your eEdge website gives you one (1) custom page that you can use for (pretty much) anything you want: recruiting, promoting your KW mobile app, pre-approval, a blog, a city events newsletter, an appointment form, etc.

Your eEdge Custom Page is somewhat limited as to what you can do with it, but it is something you will certainly want to take advantage of. This page will help you activate your eEdge website's Custom Page. You'll also find easy-to-use templates here for some of the ideas listed above.

STEP 1 Activate Your Custom Page

Before you begin editing your eEdge website's Custom Page, you'll need to activate it first. To activate your Custom Page, you simply need to navigate to the Custom Page section of your eEdge website administration page, give your Custom Page a name, then save it. Once you've done this, a tab for your Custom Page will appear on your public eEdge website. Clicking on the tab will take you to your new, blank Custom Page.

myKW Home Page ► myMarketing [+] Button ► Manage eEdge Website ► Website Tab ► Custom Page

To activate your Custom Page...

  1. Under Select Your Custom Page Name, type a name for your Custom Page in the text field.
Your Custom Page name has a limit of 15 characters.
  2. Click the red Change button.

Your Custom Page is now activated, and will appear on your eEdge website as the 5th and final tab at the top of the page. This tab will display the name you entered here. No matter what you name your Custom Page, you can always navigate/link to it by adding /cp onto the end of your eEdge website URL (for example: brianschumacher.kwrealty.com/cp). CP stands for Custom Page.

STEP 2 Choose a Custom Page Type

Now that you've activated your Custom Page, you have two options. You can either create your own page, or you can use the My Mobile App design to promote your Mobile App. If you would like to use the My Mobile App design, follow the instructions below.

My Mobile App HTML Code

  1. Click here to be taken to the Manage eEgentC Website Section 4.5
  2. Take note of the 9-digit code next to My Agent Code. This is your personal agent code to brand the mobile app to you.
  3. Click the Download HTML Code button below to download the document that contains the HTML code you'll need for the My Mobile App Custom Page.
  4. Open the document you just downloaded. In it you will see red text that says ENTER YOUR CODE HERE. Replace all of the red text with your agent code you got from step 2. DO NOT delete anything else.
  5. On your keyboard press CRTL+A (Command+A on Mac). This will highlight all of the text in the document. When all of the text is highlighted, press CTRL+C (Command+C on Mac). This will copy of the text that you'll need to paste on your custom page.
  6. Go back to where you created your custom page. Click on the very last button in the toolbar in the middle of the page (the one marked with <>). This is the Source Code button. If there is text in the Source code window that comes up, highlight all of it and delete it. On your keyboard, press CTRL+V (Command+V on Mac) in the Source code window.
  7. Click the blue Ok button. You should see a page similar to the image on the right.
  8. Click the red Save button.
