In Command you can make a couple different types of websites, depending on your need. Like Landing Pages, Neighborhood pages are single-page websites for your clients so they can see what's available in specific neighborhoods. Neighborhood pages are automatically created when you either: add a neighborhood to a contact's profile, or you add an address to a contact's profile. An example of a Neighborhood page would be if a client wants to move and are open to looking in several neighborhoods. You can add many neighborhoods to their info and a page will be created for them with all the different neighborhoods. You can then email them a link to that page, and they can search for homes at their leisure. To make the later stages easier it's best if you complete your Marketing Profile first. You can find those instructions here.
1: Log into Command here, then on the left click the second icon called Contacts.
2: Locate a contact you want to add a neighborhood to and click on their name.
4a: Click the Add Neighborhood button.
4b: If you know the neighborhood(s) they are interested in you can type it in the Search for a Neighborhood field, or you can find it on a map using the Find on Map button.
4c: As you can see from the first picture if you just search for Eagle Glen that many in the entire country come up. If this is the case it may be easier to search for Eagle Glen Corona (or other city) that is correct for your client.
4d: When you click on the correct neighborhood name it adds (and automatically saves) that neighborhood to your contacts profile. Do this for all the neighborhoods they are interested in. As you can see below the map there's more neighborhoods that surround Eagle Glen. If you click on those they get added as well.
4e: You can now click on the Preview button under the map to the single-page website that was automatically created when a neighborhood was added to their profile. You can also go to step 5 to see a list of Neighborhood Pages for all your contacts.
4f: If you add an address to a contacts profile the neighborhood that the address is in will automatically get added. When you are in a contacts profile click on the pencil Edit button.
4g: Click on Add More Information, then Additional Contact Information. As you type in the address it will start to autofill. When you find the address you want click on it, then click the Save button at the bottom. Doing so will add the neighborhood to their profile.
4h: You can now click on the Preview button under the map to the single-page website that was automatically created when a neighborhood was added to their profile. You can also go to step 5 to see a list of Neighborhood Pages for all your contacts.
5: To view a list of all the clients that have Neighborhood Pages, click on the second-to-last icon on the left called Consumer.
5: To view a list of all the clients that have Neighborhood Pages, click on the second-to-last icon on the left called Sites, then click on Neighborhood Pages at the top. On this page you will see the contacts name, the URL that was created for them, and the number of neighborhoods on their profile. If you have multiple neighborhoods on their profile they will all be displayed on the same URL, but on separate tabs at the top of the page.
NOTE: if you add an address to a contacts profile, but also manually add a neighborhood, the neighborhood names will show up in different colors. The one in white is the neighborhood that the address is in. The one in grey is a manually-added neighborhood.
