In Command you can make a couple different types of websites, depending on your need. An Open House Sign In page allows you to capture leads instantly at an open house by having them fill out the Lead Form, and in turn they become a lead in your CRM in Command. To make the later stages easier it's best if you complete your Marketing Profile first. You can find those instructions here.

Log into Command here, then on the left column click the second-to-last icon called Sites.

Under your picture and name click on the "Create a new Site" button.

On the "Choose Page Type" window click on "As A Standalone Page," then the "Create Page" button.

Now we can start designing the page. Let's start by adding a Branded Header to the page, so your picture and info is first and foremost. Click and drag the Branded Header widget from the right of the screen to the left, then release.

Next, let's add the Lead Form widget. Like before, click and drag the Lead Form widget from the right to the left, then release. BE SURE when you do this that the red line on the right is UNDER the Branded Header widget, NOT above.

For the next widget, we'll use the Listing widget. This widget will pull all the pictures and information from the MLS into this page so any visitors can view the info on their own, and when they want. As before, click and drag the Market Snap widget from the right to the left, then release. And don't forget to make sure the red line is BELOW the

For the final widget, we'll use the Market Snap. This will show a snapshot of the area that the listing is located in. As before, click and drag the Market Snap widget from the right to the left, then release. This one will be a tad harder to tell where the red line is, but look at the picture and you'll see a tiny red mark in the bottom right corner, indication by the red arrow. This will show you where the widget is going to be placed.

Now before we can make this website live, we need to configure all the widgets we placed on the right. On the bottom right click on the Configure Widgets button.

Depending on how many widgets you used that number will show up in the list. Because I only used 4 widgets, I can only configure 4.

Fill out everything in this widget. The Header Text is required, but limited to 30 characters. If you completed your Marketing Profile prior to starting this then most of the information will auto-populate. For the Header Text, let's use Open House Sign In. Once you are done configuring this widget click the Save and Apply button at the bottom and you'll see any changes you made in the widget appear on the left.

To configure the next widget click the right-arrow at the top under the Publish Page button.

There's not much to change on the Lead Form widget, so you can leave this as is, or change it to also say Open House Sign In. If you didn't make a change, just click to the next widget. If you did make a change, make sure you click the Save and Apply button first before moving on.

Next we'll configure the Listing widget with the listing of the open house. Click the Browse Listings button. Type in the property address then click Search. Normally just the street name and number will suffice, but sometimes you will need to add the city too. Once you find the listing click on the Select button next to it. The first picture of the listing in the MLS will be the main picture on the page. If you wish to change it select from the list of images under Header Image. When you are done click the Save and Apply button at the bottom. You will see the widget on the left change with your listing picture and text from the MLS. Click to the next widget.

For the final widget, make the Header text the name of the Neighborhood, enter the Postal Code, and select the Neighborhood of the listing. Again make sure to click the Save and Apply button.

The last step is to give the page a name that will help you to identify it easier at a later point. It might be easiest to name it after the listing, followed by Open House Sign In. Once you give it a name click the Publish Page button at the top right of the page. Click the Yes button to make the page go live (no one will know about it yet so don't worry if you need to go in a change it later.)

Once you complete all the previous tasks you will be brought back to the page where all of your Open House Sign In and other custom Landing Pages will reside. The green button under status means the page is live. The URL is the address you can post or email out to your clients. As you can see the address really isn't that appealing or easy to remember/share. There 2 easy solutions for this though. The first solution is if you have a custom domain you can create a subdomain and forward that subdomain to this URL. Here's an article from GoDaddy on creating one, and here's one on forwarding. The other solution, if you don't have a custom domain, is to use a URL-shortening service such as www.tinyurl.com. This website converts very long URL addresses into much shorter ones. As you can see in the pictures that it converted a 70-character URL to a 27-character url. Now you are ready to collect those leads!
